Station Wedding Package


The Randall Oaks Station Package is designed to be a casual, yet upscale, alternative for your wedding day. Please note there is a minimum of 50 people and maximum of 150 people. The package includes the following:
  • Four-hour open bar
  • Champagne toast for all your guests
  • Your choice of wine with the meal
  • Garden Salad station
  • Pasta station
  • Carvery station
  • Chef's signature Sweet Table or Signature Wedding Cake
  • Centerpieces consisting of mirrors, votives, and silk flower arrangements
  • White table linens with your choice of napkin color

Garden Salad Station
Caesar-style salad, a refreshing display of seasonal fruits and berries, plum tomato salad topped with gorgonzola cheese, basil, and pine nuts, then draped with balsamic vinaigrette dressing, and tangy roasted potato salad with garlic, basil, and red pepper.

Pasta Pronto Station
Tri-colored tortellini, linguini, and fettuccine accompanied by marinara, alfredo, and pesto sauces. All items are sauteed in olive oil, garlic, and fresh basil.

Carvery Station
Herb rotisserie-style turkey breast and roast sirloin of beef accompanied by au jus, creamy horseradish, dijon mustard, and turkey sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.

Each station offers a variety of breads.


Chef's Signature Sweet Table
An array of miniature sweets sure to entice all! Chocolate-covered fruit, mini cheesecakes, eclairs, chocolate truffles, a variety of cookies, and an assortment of mini tarts -- just to name a few!

Randall Oaks' Signature Wedding Cake
This cake is for the cheesecake lover! Half cheesecake and half devils' food - separated by chocolate truffle filling.  We offer many exquisite designs to choose from.  Your cake will be served on a painted plate of delicious sauces.
